Planning for the future

Long-term, medium-term and short-term plans are vital components of institutional strategy.  

During the last few years Khozama has been involved with four organisations in the MENA region to facilitate the development of their strategic plans. One, a governmental organisation, involved a two-month project leading to a full 5-year strategic plan and annual operating statements. The second, a project with KPMG in Saudi Arabia, involved the development of vision, mission, and strategic aims for a new university and each of its three faculties.
