Higher Education Strategy
Developing a vision, mission, goals, objectives and KPIs.
This two-day workshop addresses the development or revision of an institution's vision, mission and then moves on to look at goals, objectives and key performance indicators. This workshop is tailored to each particular institution at which it is delivered to account for their differing contexts, and the activities are based around the specific organisational structures, governance styles, and strategic ambitions. Central to the theme of the workshop is the importance of integrating strategy with quality assurance and enhancement.
The most recent workshop took place at a College in in Muscat, Oman in November 2014 and was delivered in cooperation with Sigma Consulting and Training.
Participants included the College Dean, the Associate Deans, Administrative Section Heads, and Heads of Department at the College.
